Course Summary
This course is designed to introduce attendees to mindfullness, defining what it is and how it reduces stress. Stress, such as during the pandemic, can be overcome when practicing mindfullness. A mindfullness check-in for emotional balance will be conducted along with at-home activities to practice mindfullness.
